Dear Colleagues and Friends,
From october 13th to octuber 16th, 2010, the IV International Congress IFUNA (International Functional Association) will be held in Barcelona. October 13th and 14th will be dedicated to pre-congress courses organized by Dr. Clark, who will give a course about the “Functional treatment objectives: integrating orthodontic and orthopaedic therapy”, Dr. Bimler will speak about “prevention of Class II/Div.2 malocclusions”, and Prof. Duran will speak about “Function and Shape”.
Speakers of high international level on the subject of functionalism have confirmed their attendance to the congress, as Professor Rabie (Hong Kong), Doctors Mew (United Kingdom), Miethke (Qatar), Díaz Rendón (Spain), Bracco (Italy), Persin (Russia), among others.
On the other hand, the city of Barcelona will receive the attendants with its diverse cultural and architectonical offer, inviting you to taste the gastronomy of our Mediterranean region and visit our city and its multiple wonders. One of the nights we will have a friendship dinner, where the Best Awards to the best oral and poster presentations will be presented. This is a novelty that the Committee has decided to introduce, and we consider that it will be a stimul to all the attendants that will participate actively during the congress.
Thus, we are presenting a new edition of the Ifuna Congress, and we will work hard to surpass the last editions, improving the quality of speakers, new ideas and the magic of our city.
